Car Hijacking Charge Captured On Video –
All Charges Dismissed

My client and a co-defendant were captured on video carjacking a Chicago woman sitting inside of her parked car in Chinatown.  The prosecutor offered my client 4 years in prison. My client refused the offer and we answered ready for trial and filed a demand for a speedy trial.  The prosecutor continued the case several times before dismissing all charges against my client!
