Armed Robbery While Armed With A Firearm–
Not Guilty Of All Charges
My client was charged with robbing a store clerk at a gas station in Chicago. My client allegedly pointed a gun at the store clerk and demanded all the money in the cash register. My client was subsequently arrested after leading the Chicago Police on a foot chase. After searching my client, the Police recovered hundreds of dollars from his pocket.
A gun was also recovered along the street during the chase. During the trial, I proved that the store clerk failed to properly identify my client as the robber. I also proved that the store clerk could not identify the object as a real gun or that my client possessed the gun. My client was found Not Gulty of all charges!
